Information you provide

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, project description and any optional company, telephone, service or location details you choose to provide. Supplying these details is voluntary; without contact details and a project outline we may not be able to respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential documents.

Why we use it

We use your information to assess and respond to your enquiry and discuss potential services. Where you enquire about a contract with us, this supports steps taken at your request before entering that contract. For enquiries made on behalf of an organisation and other business correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to prospective clients and operating our consultancy. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing or make automated decisions about you.

Security and service providers

Cloudflare provides website infrastructure, enquiry storage and the Turnstile anti-spam service. Resend delivers website enquiry notifications to our Microsoft 365 email service. These providers process information to deliver and protect their services. The form uses a daily hashed network identifier to limit abusive submissions. We do not sell your information.

Service providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, international transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable data-protection law. You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Website database records whose email notifications were delivered are automatically removed after 90 days. Undelivered enquiries remain pending so that they can be recovered and are reviewed for deletion once resolved. Relevant correspondence in business systems is retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting appointment, taking account of contractual, insurance and legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Cookies and fonts

We do not add advertising or analytics cookies. Essential security technologies may be used by Cloudflare. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to provide those files.
